Audit and ISO22301:2012 Accreditation
Audit your existing business continuity management system or your business continuity capability either as a benchmark, for compliance, to become ISO22301:2012 accredited or for continuous improvement. Various types of audit; self, internal, external and ISO22301:2012 are available.
Self Assessment
Design of a questionnaire or interview and marking scheme. This can be sent out and completed within minutes. It is the simplest way to ascertain whether documents or deliverables exist, are work in progress or do not exist.
Internal Audit
This area is our assistance with an Internal Audit department or individual to help them understand the quality and quantative aspects of BCM. This will aid measurement beyond “what exists” to see if what exists is fit for purpose by comparison (benchmarking), quality (process and activity trail) and judgement (intellectual) skills.
External Audit
Independent audit beyond the scope of internal audit. Observations and recommendations for continuous improvement and contractual obligation. Often we are utilised to audit along the supply chain to report on BCM capability.
Benchmark
We can Benchmark against other departments, competitors, industrial sectors and best practice.
All the above can be represented in the formats of a dashboard, Red Amber Green (RAG) status, graphs, reports and presentations. They can prove either the existence or quality of documentation, training and capability.
