12. Civil Contingencies Act (CCA)
Aim:
To train the public sector and Category One and Two responders to comply with the CCA in order to get the maximum benefit for the least burden from business continuity.
Approach:
This is a highly practical and interactive course. It is designed to enable students to develop or improve their governance, documents and capability in business continuity. The course will be facilitated by experienced emergency planners, local authority BC managers and public sector and infrastructure experts.
